What we collect

Email address. Used to sign you in with a one time code, to deliver your license, to send the install steps when you ask for them (with up to two reminders, which stop once you install), tips for your first video, and for support.

How the site is used. Our own small script records the pages you open, the buttons you tap and the time spent, with a random id kept in your browser and no cookies, so we can see which parts help. Visitors in the EU, UK and EEA are counted without an id.

Setup steps in the panel. The CapsBro panel reports its steps (opened, AI download progress, captions created, added to the timeline, upgrade opened) with a random install id, the panel version and short error messages, so we can see where setup gets stuck and help. It never sends your video, audio or caption text.

Account status. Whether you are on the free trial or Pro, and when you started.

Mac list. If you ask to hear about a Mac version, your email address, used once to tell you if CapsBro comes to Mac.

Country. Taken from your connection when you visit the site or open checkout, only to show the right price and currency.

Payments. Handled by Razorpay in India and Dodo Payments everywhere else. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

Problem reports. Only when you click Send report in CapsBro: the error, CapsBro's own logs, your account email and your PC details (Windows version, processor, memory, graphics card, free disk space, antivirus name and Premiere version), so we can fix the problem. Never your videos. Kept for up to 180 days.

Your videos

CapsBro transcribes your audio entirely on your own computer. Your video and audio are never uploaded to us or anyone else.

Who we share data with

Razorpay and Dodo Payments for payments, Brevo for email delivery, and Cloudflare, which hosts this website and our account database. We do not sell or rent your data.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use, so we can improve the site. It sets cookies in your browser and Google processes the data for us. We do not use it for advertising. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland visits are counted without analytics cookies. You can block them in your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep it

Account and license records are kept while your account exists, so your license keeps working and refunds can be handled. Ask us any time to delete your account.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing support@plugbro.in.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will email account holders.
